KSW9 Conservation District Environmental Grant application will be received during this time and must be submitted to the Commission Frankfort Office by Monday, July 16th by close of business. Written application is required for KSW9 and these requests are not entered into the electronic application system. The following practices will be available (Please note new practices in red):

KSW 2: Addition of Winter Feeding Area. A nutrient management plan or comprehensive nutrient management plan will be required; which one to be required will be determination by NRCS. NRCS is currently working on the specifications for this component. More information to follow.

KWP9: Applicant must be prior approved under EQIP for option 2 Cover Crop. Job sheet 340a: Soil Quality Cover Crop.
** STORM DAMAGE: Note that if you have any producers who had practices destroyed during the storm events of 2012 please encourage them to reapply to replace those exact practices. Additional information to follow on how to submit these specific applications. ** AG WATER QUALITY PLANS: To be considered eligible for KY State Cost Share the producer must have a current copy of their Ag Water Quality Plan on file at the local Conservation District Office.
