LATIN BASICS - starts Nov 10th
Bring your Significant Other, your Sister or Brother, your best Bud, or your Dancing Granny. You'll never make it to "Dancin' with the Stars" if you don't start NOW! Classes held on Tuesday nights, 8:30 - 9:30 pm.
BELLY DANCE CLASSES
The Belly Dance classes are for people of all sizes, all ages, and aim to get you in great shape via a fun and aerobic belly dance work out.
JAZZ FSUION I This class is an open level class for wanna-be dancers. It is a beginning level class that offers any and every style of jazz technique that the music may call for! If you've ever been interested in trying formal dance training, but were afraid you'd find it boring or too hard because you have 2 left feet, THIS is the low-key, non-stress, fun class for you! You don't have to wear tights and tutus--just comfortable stretch clothes such as sweats. Soft leather jazz shoes are optional but highly recommended.
BEGINNING BALLET - For the 'tweenager" who always wanted to dance but didn't start at an early age like her/his friends did. This class is geared to the beginning student who is at least 10 years of age and wants to "get dancing" in a serious dance class.
TODDLERS IN TUTUS
This class is geared towards the little dancer aged 2-3 years old. We "play" with hula hoops, scarves, scrubbies, drums (and anything else that catches our fancy!) to develop large and fine motor skills, listening skills, and social skills that prepare the little dancer for more structured dance training. The class meets on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings from 10:00 - 10:30 AM. Toddlers In Tutus is open to bouncing boys as well! If you have an even YOUNGER dancer who won't stop tip-toeing around the house, check out Kindermusik, just down the street from Dancelot Studio, on Campus Lane; 513-231-3973.
