*Session I runs for 16 weeks of regular classes. Session II runs for 16 weeks of regular classes + 1 more week of rehearsals for rectial dancers.

*** Ballroom tuition (6 wk units) should be added separately to tally.
Ballroom Registration fee not charged if taking other classes concurrently, and charged only once per Session if taking additional ballroom styles/classes.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

1.  Print out a registration sheet from the website, and fill in one for each dancer.

2.  Add up the number of hours the dancer plans to study dance and locate the tuition amount and registration fee on the 2009-2010 Fall Tuition & Fees Table.  Students taking Ballroom class in addition to other classes must add that tuition separately, however, only one registration/bookkeeping fee applies.

3.  After one member of a family has enrolled in dance, Dancelot Studio offers a family discount for other family members who join who live in the same household. (Exception: Family discounts not applicable if taking ONLY Ballroom classes.) Take $10 discount off for a second and $10 off for a third, (etc) family member.

4.  REGISTER EARLY!  For CURRENT students , tuition payments received after priority registration deadlines ( see table to left) will incur a higher Registration/Bookeeping fee. (Does not apply to students who are NEW to Dancelot.)

5.  Mail your registration form and payment to Dancelot Studio at the address above in time to be received by 6 pm on or BEFORE the due date. Mail is checked daily before 6:00 PM and time-stamped for the bookkeeper.

6. Bring your registration form and payment to Dancelot during the OPEN HOUSE REGISTRATIONS scheduled for that session:

7. Drop your registration form and payment (checks ONLY, no cash) through the front mail slot (in the brown threshhold) along side the front door of Dancelot Studio .  Cash must be given person-to-person during operating hours so a receipt may be given back for proof of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

NOTE: Classes with low enrollment may be cancelled or combined. You will be notified prior to class if this is necessary and your payment (tuition + registration fee) returned if an alternate class is not acceptable to you.

  • Current students who register PRIOR to 6 pm Saturday, Sept 5, '09 (for Session I) and prior to 6 pm Saturday Jan 16, 2010, (for Session II) will be assessed a $10 registration/bookkeeping fee per payment. 
  • Current students who register AFTER 6 pm on those dates will be assessed a $20 registration/bookkeeping fee on the 1st payment ($10 on the 2nd payment if choosing the 2-payment plan)
  • NEW students to Dancelot Studio pay only a $10 registration/bookkeeping fee on any payment at any time during the registration period, (ie, late fee does NOT apply.)
